presence, Novus Sealing are delighted to announce the new appointment
of Better Industrial as our official distributor in New Zealand. Better
Industrial are responsible for both North and South Island, and will
without doubt expand the Novus brand in to this region.

| Better Industrial Ltd has a proud 22 year history
of manufacturing gaskets for New Zealand industry. Based in the Waikato,
the company is 100% New Zealand owned and operated and can supply gaskets
and seals to suit every industrial application. Their products are
widely used in the dairy, process engineering oil, gas, refining, power
generation, electronic and petro-chemical industries, as well as a
wide range of general engineering applications. |

and seals to the highly regulated dairy and food industries in New
Zealand and around the world, means that Better Industrial has spent

| Managing Director, Paul Haycock purchased the
business in 1999. His extensive work history in the field of maintenance
engineering within the dairy and food industries in New Zealand, Australia
and Europe, means that he has an in depth knowledge of how projects
proceed in these areas. |
